Fedora 20 release, not rc.local support, in fact, just delete the rc.local file. If you want to run your own script when booting, just create a new rc.local file. Let's test it below:
Environment: Fedora 20 GNOME Desktop
1./etc/rc.local is actually a soft connection of / etc/rc.d/rc.local. So:
vi /etc/rc.d/rc.local
 1 #!/bin/bash
 2 #this is a script foe nexus start,if the nexus is startting,return.
 3 echo "nexus verify.."
 4 testing8081=`(netstat -an|grep 8081)`
 5 if [ "NULL$testing8081" = "NULL" ] ; then
 6 echo "nuxus starting..."
 7 /home/Jorcen/Environments/nexus/nexus-2.7.0-04/bin/nexus start
 8 else
9 echo -n "nexus had started,do you need restart it?(Y/N):"
10 read verify
11 if [ "$verify" = "Y" ] ; then
12 /home/Jorcen/Environments/nexus/nexus-2.7.0-04/bin/nexus restart
13 echo "nexus restared.."
14 fi
15 fi

Edit the file / lib / system D / system / rc-local. service, and comment out the previous reward # and # ConditionFilel***ecutable=/etc/rc.d/rc.local before ConditionFilel ** * ecutable = / etc / rc. D / rc.

[root@localhost Jorcen]# vi /lib/systemd/system/rc-local.service

chmod +x /etc/rc.d/rc.local
ln -s /etc/rc.d/rc.local /etc/rc.local
2. Check rc-local.service
systemctl status rc-local.service
If the service is not started, start rc-local.service first.
3. Start rc-local.service
systemctl start rc-local.service
Then use the second point command to check the service state. Some services may not start up here. Why:
Solve:
Edit the file / lib / system D / system / rc-local. service, and comment out the previous reward # and # ConditionFilel***ecutable=/etc/rc.d/rc.local before ConditionFilel ** * ecutable = / etc / rc. D / rc.
Start rc-local.service again and use system CTL status rc-local.service to see if the status has been started
4. Restart the machine
See if there is an additional file test under / root to show that our boot script is running!
