MySQL installation steps
- Install dependency package
yum -y install autoconf automake libtool cmake ncurses-devel openssl-devel lzo-devel zlib-devel gcc gcc-c++
- Download the corresponding source package
wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/boost/boost/1.59.0/boost_1_59_0.tar.gz wget http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQL-5.7/mysql-5.7.12.tar.gz
- Add user
groupadd mysql useradd -r -g mysql -s /sbin/nologin mysql

Compilation and installation

Start the installation after the above command is executed:
make make install
- Configure power on self start

- The configuration of / etc/my.cnf is for reference only. It can not be matched. The default is used.

Data initialization
– - initialize execute does not generate random password
/usr/local/mysql-5.7.12/bin/mysqld --initialize-insecure --user=mysql --basedir=/usr/local/mysql-5.7.12 --datadir=/usr/local/mysql-5.7.12/data
- Start database
service mysqld start
- Change root password
update mysql.user set password=password('123456') where User="root" and Host="localhost"; flush privileges; # perhaps update user set authentication_string=password('123456') where user='root'; flush privileges;
- Set up internet access
